A new Physical Therapy/Wellness Center , formerly the Essex Professional Building will be opening very soon. The totally renovated building is located at 2885 Lake Shore Road in Essex , New York .

Currently, Smith House Health Care Center provides full physical therapy services at its 39 Farrell Road Location.
